Our Dynamic Fitness Program is tailored for general fitness seekers. It provides them with results through our custom training method called the Triple Effect™. The Triple Effect™ is a weight free training system specifically developed for enhancing flexibility, balance, and strength simultaneously. The Dynamic Fitness Program is held at Twin Park Fitness Center.

Our Dynamic Sports Performance Training is an hour to an hour and half in duration twice a week. During this time the athletes are provided with 30 minutes of ball handling, 30 minutes of shooting, and 30 minutes of defense (the three primary skills necessary to be successful basketball player). These three of aspects of skill development are coupled with the Triple Effect™. Player metrics are taken every Monday to show their progression in flexibility, strength, balance, shooting, ball handling, and defense. The Dynamic Sports Performance Program is held at The Island Garden.
