"I've always considered myself athletic. I played sports through out high school and college and continue to work out about 4 days a week doing various cardio and strength training. But after years in the same routine, I found myself in a rut and my body hitting a plateau. While I consider myself in-shape, I don't consider my body toned and tight. This is where Core Focus came in.
Core Focus and I have worked together for a few months after other trainers and I parted ways. Instead of doing the same routines they do with various clients, they asked me where I wanted to focus on. That was easy, hips, thighs and abs (what most women want!). Through a variety of strength training exercises using
only my body and a resistance ball, both my hips and upper thighs have decreased in size and look significantly tighter and toned.
Rather than use weight machines, these trainers focus on what your body can do for you
by incorporating stability and resistance and using your body to tone and tighten. Their exercises are never the same as they truly believe that new routines are the key to toning and losing weight.
Their upbeat personalities and friendly demeanor make an hour-long session feel like minutes as they keep your heart rate up and provides a full work out. While they are knowledgeable in their line of work they are also personable, taking the time to get to know their clients and help then reach their goals.
I can take all they have taught me and apply it to my day-to-day workouts, even if I am not training with them."
